Jermall gets beaten up with a chance at getting stopped because he likes to fight but has the skills and attributes to survive 12. In a 9-3 type of fight that’s not even that close Jermell is a more difficult fight due to style and experience on the top level combined with having a top 4 trainer/teacher in his corner. Could see a 7-5 Canelo decision win with a lot of high action rounds.
I forgot the reason why I think they both had the same trainer originally and Jermell left to go with Derrick James which has worked out for him.. DJ is a great coach anytime I see him in the corner his instructions and tactics be on point. Most these coaches be cheerleaders and don’t give actual fight adjustments
Definite high action rounds. There's not a more exciting fight out there for Canelo than Jermell Charlo. And to make history being the first Undisputed vs Undisputed in the 4 belt era, it's a no brainer. Anyone not excited about this, anyone who doesn't appreciate the history being made, needs to find another sport.
Its like Jermain Taylor vs Ouma or Spinks, or Nunn vs Starling or Donald Curry, in a way, not style wise though. Its a good way for Canelo to keep his name in the win column and for PBC to finally get big money fights out of the Charlo brothers. While allowing time for Benavidez to go away, elsewhere, anywhere. Can we not talk about Benavidez right now?
Charlo is going to win because the fight is pre-arranged Fixed in his favor. Canelo is going to "throw the fight", just like he did against Floyd Mayweather years ago. That's why there's no catchweight requests and no rehydration clause set against Canelo, because the Fix is in. Charlo doesn't mind jumping 2 weight classes & doesn't have to worry about fighting a bigger stronger Canelo, because Charlo knows he's going to get a Fixed win in his favor in pulling off an upset in this "David vs Goliath" type of fight in the eyes of the "blind" public. Canelo will "take a dive/ lay down" in the fight, because he's being bribed to lose and/or threats to his immediate or distant family are at stake. That's also why Canelo is not having this fight take place on Mexican Independence Day (Sept 16th) because he knows he has to lose the fight on purpose & doesn't want to spoil his heritage celebrations for his Mexican fans on that same day. and people wonder, why is boxing dead? because too much corruption in boxing, that's why. (Fight Fixings, PEDs usages, Officials tamperings, etc.)
Specially being that Mell is a bigger puncher than GGG. That means Mell has a punchers chance even if he gets out boxed. Lol. You funny!!
