    LMAO some of you were building Anderson up as the next HW king. Hes lucky Zhan pulled out or he would have been brutally beaten

    Anderson is a KO waiting to happen. He's one of those guys that looks good slipping punches by inches until they start landing and then he's in trouble. He leans back to avoid punches. That rarely works well. Vitali and Ali did it but we saw what happened to Ali when he lost his legs. He got hit a lot. Vitali was 6'7 and kept his distance well using mostly straight punches.

    Erm, have to say Frazier had better head movement than Jared does and was better at landing hooks.

    I'm not saying you don't have a point but those sports have been around forever. Why did people want to box then but not now?

    Anderson would have been KTFO if he had fought his original opponent, Zhan. Good luck for him, or "good luck"?

    Just watching back this card from the early hours, this Mahkmudov Akpejioiri fight is embarrassing.

    he is decent for heavyweight at boxing, its just his last 1-2 fights he has channeled his inner alen babic because he knows he can just walk through them

    Ok ok!
    * Anderson had an extensive amateur career.
    * Martin isn't a good line in his resume.
    * He should have ko'd Martin.
    * He's 23 not 21.
    * He cries like a baby, the Real Baby, in his mommy's arms.
    * He's an American hype job.
    * Ruiz would demolish him.
    * Last but not least, in fact worst IMO....he's a dog lover.

    Surprised how sharp Martin looks here, that lead left can't miss.

    He looked good vs Ortiz too until he got caught. His lateral movement is far better than it used to be. He used to throw and just stand there to be countered, which is why AJ couldn't miss, now he steps to the side after he throws.

    But his balance is still poor as he often throws himself off balance when throwing a punch and his coordination still isn't great. You can tell he started boxing late, he's lacking the normal fundamentals.

    Anderson would do well to learn to move more like Martin as well as learning to counter.

    I never said anything about his boxing skills. Just his raw athletic ability.

    I’m hearing from some that Anderson beats Ruiz comfortably, I just don’t see that happening. Andy Ruiz is a lot more of a complete and dangerous fighter than Charles Martin is, not mention way faster.

    can’t see how Anderson doesnt get stopped, he needs to evolve more. He’s still young so he’s doing good. Last nights Charles Martin was the best version of himself, was in solid shape.
