But we use the version of Louis that beat Carnera. That Louis was 197 pounds. So 197 pound Louis vs the giant that was Michael Grant. Could Louis get it done or does Grant bully the diminutive Joe Louis and leave him upside down in the garbage can? Grant was 6'7 250 pounds when he fought Lennox Lewis.

I just watched Grant's dq win over Lionel Butler the other night. I don't givre him much of a chance against Louis.

Didn't they call Joe Louis "the giant slayer"?

And Grant has a chin that a flyweight can shatter.

I actually think Grant is a tad underrated on here, solid wins over Golota, Savarese, Izon. Breaking his ankle vs McCline pretty much derailed his career.

Saying all that though he don't stand a snowballs chance vs Louis.

    Louis by mid round KO.

Joe Louis would beat up Michael Grant, I doubt Michael Grant is better than Primo Carner...

At some point, before the half way mark, Louis would get inside and hit him with short, powerful punches.
That's when Grant's legs would turn jelly like and betray his body.

I am sure Lous can just look at Grant the wrong way and Grant would go belly up.

If Golota was a normal man he would win this fight (as would Bowe). Grant was almost knocked out in the first round anyway. But Golota was not a winner inside...

Michael "Big glass jaw" Grant, who suffered 6 knockouts out of 7 losses, could not beat Joe "The Giant Slayer" Louis.

Grant showed alot of heart vs Golota being floored twice early, and taking some big punches to comeback and legitimately stop Golota.

Grant badly hurt Golota in the 10th round with a big right hand, and more than likely was on his way to stopping Golota even before he quit.

I'm not the biggest fan of Grant but he deserves praise for coming back and beating Golota in a good fight.

Most of Grant's stoppage losses were way his prime, as I said his career took a nose dive after he broke ankle vs McCline.
