I do not like Tyson Fury, when he goes bye bye that will be a good day for boxing.

Time for him to fight someone decent. If not, retire

Tyson Fury's retirement will be a great loss for boxing, we will all miss his warmth and smile...

Everyone hates Tyson Fury but then he has a FOTY and beats a big bad monster with ease in titan fashion

He'll sparko Usyk and it will just be excuses about how Usyk was too small and old.

"A fighter ? It's the promotional company that do the offers, not the fighters themselves. Educate yourself on the topic before arguing about something you don't know."

Yeah a promotional company in conjunction with the fighter, Fury claims he's heavily involved in the negotiation process and why wouldn't he be it's his career. Are you saying that isn't the case?

If Fury has no intention of fighting Usyk, he should retire as there is nothing else for him. But while he's active (ie still holding the belt and as active as the rest) and offering Usyk career high paydays (30% is still waaaay more than 6m vs Dubois), then I want to see the unification and the best fight the best. Thats it.

Either Fury or Usyk retiring right now would leave a dark stain on both of their careers and huge questions to answer. As a boxing fan, my opinion is that should not happen at all. So I dont agree with anyone saying either fighter should retire at this point. But I assume its due to fear of "their" (whichever sides - we've seen threads both ways) fighter losing.

Not sure he's the people's champion anymore. Del3 and Nganpoo are picks the people flush down pipes.

Usyk made more on the Joshua rematch then he would of with the 30% split from Fury

True. He got a prearranged 50% from being the winner of the first fight that time around I believe. In Saudi too, which was not on the table this year and is still in doubt for December.

Once Fury's era ends then people won't even pay attention to HW.

One of these lumbering eastern giants who are boring, ugly and useless will claim a belt and some American bum will.

Look at the HW's currently in their 20's. Yeah nobody cares.

F..k Fury. He showed guts in the ring, the trouble is getting him in it

It's plain to see now who really ducked who regarding AJ and Fury. He also will do anything to avoid getting in the ring with usyk

Luke is a fraud and not worthy of a great boxing name. Mike Tyson went in and put it on the line like a real champion. Fury is afraid to lose

If Fury would only fight top guys more often I would be happy & wouldn't mind the mental media trash that he spews.

Ali talked a lot but it was almost always fresh, creative & entertaining. The difference with Ali, is that he actually backed it up by fighting such great competition.

Yeah I see it this way too, look how shot old delboy fared against USKY and fury. Del has been around the block a few times.

I also agree Fury gets little to no credit in hindsight for smashing USKY to bits as he has a 50lb weight advantage on him. And USKY becomes the guy who couldn’t put a dent in joshua so of course Fury smashes him.

I have no understanding why Fury is apparently ducking the jovial ukranian. I blame the maniac dad for getting in his ear.
