You can only blame him for staying way too long in the negotiation. He should have moved the moment he agreed to his part with the Saudi, and Fury rejected it and overpricing himself.
It was crystal clear that Fury doesn't want that fight.

Agree on the active HW division. But AJ is fighting, Usyk is fighting, it's only one man that is holding the division and that is Fury.

Let's see his inactivity.
Move to HW, struggle with injuries and then they postponed his debut at HW, cause his first opponent poped for Peds if i'm not wrong. Then he had to reach a deal with Matchroom, as this is how they acted in order to get Usyk fight in AJ.

It was COVID, which pretty much shut most fights. He fought the 2 guys that Matchroom put in front of him, and he was put on hold to wait for if AJ vs Fury could be done for Undisputed, and as usual Fury wasted everyone time again.
So it was Usyk turn.
So explain us, how is it Usyk fault that in that time period he wasn't more active?

And when he won the title against AJ. What really delayed the fight ? Yeah, exactly the War. It's not like you know what is it to lose your home and your entire country and friends be attacked by another super strong nation.

Anyway there was also a talk for Undisputed in that time, as Usyk wanted Undisputed, as every Champion should strive for that. Fury again wasted everyone time, as everything was ready, but Fury said he wanted a warm up.

And then they had to wait quite a bit for the rematch, which is by no means Usyk team fault. AJ was with a new team and wanted more time.
He himself said that Usyk team wanted to do the match sooner/faster.

So explain me which part of the story is exactly Usyk fault for being inactive in the HW division ?
