    Nice try.

Firstable Klitschko tore abdominal muscle. Nothing like the b.c. you are trying to spin.
Secondable gets your facts straight. Klitschko for real had a tore muscle, and his recovery took more than what was anticipated.
And Klitschko decided to fight Haye in a unification fight, instead of Chisora.
The funny part is if he was fought Chisora and ducked Unification fight, people would have cry that he ducked Haye.

So tell me exactly how is ducking a gatekeeper like Chisora, who was terrible at that time exactly, when you choose to Unify the Division?

Also Klitschko for real had a torn muscle, as there was even a clause in the contract with Haye if Wladimir is not recover, that Haye could choose to face Vitali or something like that.

And Klitschko would have fought Chisora if it wasn't for Chisora to lost 4 of his next 5 fights.

Chisora was in the best shape of his life when he face Usyk. As he had huge time to prepare, and going by his own words he was in best shape.
And he won exactly 2 rounds. The first 2, which Usyk usually gives up. And even the second one is debatable.
The scorecards were b.c., as usual as the fight was in the UK.

Usyk outpunched Chisora in every other round on the Compubox, and in reality it was even worst for Chisora, as he couldn't lay a clean shot on Usyk, after the 2nd.

He got caught playing golf in public less than two weeks after the fight was cancelled in December.

    https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story/sports/2010/12/23/putts-not-punches-for-hulking/7431007007/

Are the Klitschko brothers losing their golden touch when it comes to public relations?

Now comes an article entitled "Putts, Not Punches" that has Wladimir extolling the pleasures of golfing in Florida during the winter months.

The heavyweight champion of the world is pictured taking a healthy swing at the PGA National Resort & Spa on December 22, not quite two weeks after he supposedly suffered an injury serious enough to keep him from making his heavyweight title date with England's Dereck Chisora (originally scheduled for December 11 in Mannheim, Germany).

No doubt Chisora is feeling plenty steamed right about now.

A reasonable person might then ask why, eight days earlier, Wladimir would risk swinging a golf club, an activity that requires the use of the abdominal muscles, when he was trying to heal an injury bad enough to cause him to cancel a sold-out title bout in Mannheim?

The reporter at the Palm Beach Post, Jeff Greer, somehow doesn't think to ask Wladimir such a question, instead seeming overawed at just being in the heavyweight champ's presence (admittedly a nice change from the kind of reception the Klitschkos usually get from the US sports media).

Who can blame Dereck Chisora now when he claims Klitschko pulled out of the fight for bogus reasons?

Wladimir has no-one but himself and those advising him to blame for this PR double-bogey.

His best hope is that signing to meet David Haye at long last will make everyone forget about this episode.

    Well, everyone but Dereck Chisora.

Ah and i forget to mention that Chisora was a Voluntary defense, not a mandatory. So how exactly you can duck a voluntary defense, aka a fighter of your choosing ? Let's see voluntary or Unifying the titles ?
The answer is obvious, and as that the title is garbage.

Chisora fought Usyk 10 years after Wlad cancelled the fight with him. And Chisora won five rounds (to Usyk's seven) on two of the official cards.

Long story short, all Charles was stating in the press conference was Klitschko walked away from Chisora twice and suffered no repurcussions ... but Dubois is a mandatory ... and Usyk can't walk away.

It's just surprising how many of you clearly had no idea that Wlad ducked Chisora. A lot of you must not have been fans back in 2010.

Whether Chisora would've won or not isn't relative.

The point is Wlad did back out of the fight twice ... after the fights were signed, there were press conferences, press conferences, the tickets were sold, and Chisora spent months preparing both times.

It happened, whether you guys were around then or not.

You duck a voluntary defense by signing to fight him, holding press conferences, selling out a stadium full of tickets, both of you going through a two-month camp, and then pulling out of the fight four days before the match claiming injury only to get caught playing golf a few days later, agreeing a second time to fight the guy, having the guy go through yet another two-month camp, claiming an injury again, and then six days later announcing you've been negotiating with someone else the whole time and you're fighting that guy, instead.

And you basically announce ... the week of the fight in the first case ... that the guy who just went through two training camps preparing for a title shot and everyone who bought tickets and made plans to go to the fight ... can go to hell.

That's certainly more of a duck than shouting on social media you'll fight someone and then not fighting them.

    Are you trolling:

Wladimir Klitschko's next fight may be next year. He wants to take on World Boxing Association champ David "Hayemaker" Haye of England and both fighters' camps are currently negotiating a deal.
Talks have been on-going for almost a year.
"It won't go for too much longer," Klitschko said. "Either it's going to work or it won't."
If that fight can't get scheduled, Klitschko said he'll fight Polish heavyweight Tomasz Adamek and Zimbabwe-born British fighter Dereck Chisora, whom Klitschko planned to fight two weeks ago before pulling out because of an abdominal muscle injury.

This is from the same article:

And are you telling me a person with an injury should stay in home, and not do anything ?
Also why you forget to post this:
David "Chef" Williams to be "Two inches long [but] it wasn't very deep. They did a lot of treatment direct into the muscle."

Also you know what PR mean ?
Klitschko could have been in the resort and hit 2 balls with the Golf Stick, and easily they make a new out of it, cause it's Klitschko, aka this will bring big attention.

Also Klitschko didn't fought for 10 months in that period, so it was obvious that he had an injury going.
Otherwise he would have fought a lot earlier, as he usually fought twice per year.
And he fought just 1 time that year.

And again i'm asking you, how the f**** you can duck a voluntary defense exactly ?
Use your brain next time and explain me how you are ducking an opponent that you choose, in order to fight for a Championship belt.

During the same period, something you forget to mention once again is that Haye trainer, aka Adam was saying all around that Klitschko is ducking Haye to fight a Chisora.
So if Klitschko was to fight Chisora, people like you would have been claiming that he ducked Haye.

Nice try though, as only a complete hater will try to make a case of a duck on a voluntary defense, against 3rd tier opponent, when the guy fought in a Unification bout.

You can make the case if the situation was opposite. Aka ducking an Unification to fought a voluntary against 3rd tier boxer.

As Chisora was never been rated highly.

Williams went on to say that the injury was "almost fully healed."

I don't give a hot f**** what official scorecards are saying, Usyk outpunch Chisora in every round, except for the first 2.
It wasn't a close fight at all.
UK scoring is a well known. AJ supposedly won the fight against Usyk on 1 of the judges scorecard, should i care about that score too ?

What Charles was saying was a b.c., as he claimed that Emannuel Steward in 2013 told him that Klitschko and him somehow get scared of Chisora when they saw Chisora in the open workout.
Now it's easy to check the facts, aka that Steward was already dead in 2013, and what Charles claimed was a complete b.c., and the reason for it was obvious for that.
He is making himself to be some great coach, which he is not.
He was also exaggerating about Chisora and Vitali fight, but he also forget to mention that Vitali injured his shoulder in that fight, and fought the whole fight with 1 arm, adn literally beat Chisora with 1 arm.

And the fact you are still crying that Wlad somehow ducked an opponent he himself choose to fight is not ridiculous, but even more ridiculous.

But just like i said. If Klitschko fought Chisora back then, you would have start crying that somehow Klitschko was ducking Haye.

I don't really care if Wladimir did or didn't fight Chisora in all honesty, and I don't even like Wladimir much not a fan of his style. But Wladimir went on to fight Haye who was seen as a bigger threat at that time and a bigger fight aswell. Chisora never won a belt and was nothing more than a fringe contender at best.

And as I said Haye who was fresh off losing to Wladimir 12-0 flattened Chisora in 5 rounds which puts that into perspective.

Why would I quote a guy who cooked Wlad's chicken (and lost his job when Wlad decided he liked grilling and would cook his own chicken) about an injury?

According to the cook, the injury was almost healed in December.

In March, a week before they announced the Haye fight, THREE months after his cook said it was nearly healed, two months after announcing he'd rescheduled the Chisora fight for April, Wlad said he was still too injured to fight Chisora.

So who was lying? The cook you wanted me to quote or Wlad?

Not just that, Haye was a WBA HW Champion and that was Unification. He is talking absolutely bollocks.

And why should we listen to a guy, who was Chisora trainer? A guy who never liked Klitschko and it's still a sore loser for that Vitali beating ?

Eh you answered yourself. That Klitschko re-injured himself. Which actually happen quite often, if you have a weak spot or an injury is not a fully healed, which was probably the case.

Again Klitschko at that time was fighting between 2 to 3 times per year.
He took a 10 months off, obviously for an injury.

You are also trying to say he faked injury based on a pic on a golf court, which Klitschko could have easily have a pre-arranged(aka pre-injury) and didn't want to lose a money, because it was obviously a PR thing, to hype the resort, etc.
Still swinging a golf stick for few shots playing it with friends is nothing like professional fighting, or i maybe wrong.

Just for a plain example i have shoulder inflammation, that i couldn't even keep my hands up with a Boxing gloves it was that sore, but i have no problem training in the gym, pretty much most exercise with the exception of few.

But let me sums that up:

We could have make a case for ducking, if Klitschko has done that, to Haye, who was a Champion, and the number 2 guy in the division, number 1 according to many.
Chisora was just a name in top 15 at that time.

Klitschko had an injury, and when the opportunity come he choose to UNIFY the division, instead of facing a useless voluntary.
Again if Klitschko has done what you suggest, aka face Chisora, then you and other people would have now say that he ducked Haye.
You can't duck someone to actually face an actual Champion in a Unification fight, actually the best guy in the division beside you.

Chisora wasn't one of the top guys. And the only reason Klitschko didn't face Chisora after that is, that Chisora had 4 loses in his next 5 matches. Simple as that.

What was the point of Klitschko facing Chisora after Wlad literally 12-0 Haye, and in the same next fight Haye obliterates Chisora in 5 rounds.

Dan Charles forget to mention that, right?
Same as he forget to mention that Vitali fought Chisora with 1 arm.
Same as he somehow was talking with Steward ghost, as Steward was already dead in 2013, the year he "supposedly" tell him that Chisora somehow scared him and Klitschko in that open workout .... Did you even realize how stupid that sound ???

I would have no problem calling that a duck, if Chisora was either a mandatory, or a Champion Klitschko avoid facing.

Just like your hero - Wilder ducked Wladimir Klitschko for Undisputed fight.

    Fresh off?

The Haye-Chisora fight came two years after Chisora originally signed to fight Wlad. Just because Haye wasn't fighting much doesn't mean Chisora wasn't. Chisora had four fights between the Haye-Wlad and Haye-Chisora fights.

And just because Wlad beat Haye in 2011 and Haye beat Chisora in 2012 doesn't mean the unbeaten Chisora loses to Wlad in 2010. C'mon.

I'm not a fan of Chisora's. I was looking forward to the Wlad-Chisora fight, however.

I also believe Charles because Steward, in his later years, often talked freely about which of his fighters should fight someone else and which guys they shouldn't fight. I remember him, after Hamed agreed to fight Barrera, and then Barrera fought a tuneup with Jesus Salud, Steward (Hamed's trainer) said he was worried about the fight where he wasn't before. Even still, Hamed was a big favorite to knock off Barrera. And Steward learned his lesson from that.

Wlad pulled out of the Chisora fight twice when he was clearly fine (his camp said it was a back, then abdominals, and after Wlad gets busted for playing golf his cook says his injury was nearly healed, then months later it's not healed again) and just preferred to fight someone else. Tickets were sold. Training camps took place (twice).

He just wanted out of the fight.

Doesn't matter, in hindsight, who "we assume" would've won. He backed out.

But we should listen to the guy who grilled Wlad's chicken breasts? :dunno

You are clearly just learning about this for the first time and are just flailing ... grabbing at everything you can.

Buy a ticket to a fight, make plans to go, watch all the preparations for two months, then have one guy pull out claiming injury four days before the fight, then see him get busted playing golf a few days later, then make plans to go to the rescheduled rematch, watch two months of preparations, have the same guy pull out again on a few weeks notice, only to announce six days later he was negotiating with someone else the whole time and he decided not to fight the first guy (he had signed to fight twice and who had completed nearly two full camps) after all.

Let me know if you think the "injury" excuses were real and it wasn't a duck.

If this happened today with anyone, you wouldn't even be debating with me. Like I said, people yell DUCK when a boxer just says he wants to fight someone on social media and doesn't follow through.

Wlad could've fought the then-unbeaten Chisora, called it a tuneup and then fought Haye. But clearly Emanuel Steward didn't feel confident doing that so, even though the fight(s) were signed and camps had been completed, they didn't go through with it or fight Chisora at all.
