The only knock is the timing. Fight should have happened 3-4 years ago, but still a top notch fight. I compare it to a gourmet meal served luke warm. We can still appreciate the skill of the chef and get the essence, still delicious, but not served up hot. How much does that take away from the overall experience? I said the same thing about Pac/May.

I can definitely see Crawford being a little too much of everything for Spence. Just an overwhelming number of moving parts.

Really everybody Puffy Nips has fought that's been great has almost been a stock character that you'd find in a boxing video game. Ugás is a very specific thing, as is Porter etc.

Anybody versatile and well-rounded or lacking any major glaring department in which they're weak has either been only "pretty good", or they've been shot, or they've given him absolute hell.

Crawford has the much better h2h results versus their pair of common opponents (Brook & Porter) but of course Spence and his camp can point to them being his sloppy seconds and shot by the time they faced Bud.

It's interesting...if it reaches the cards, Spence's go-to combo (the 1-2 up top followed by a right hook on the body) is very judge-friendly, whereas a lot of Crawford's best work is very subtle and can be missed from the wrong angle. If he doesn't get the KO, being robbed of a deserved points victory isn't off the table. :deal:

Clicked on the wrong option by mistake, picking Bud by stoppage, he`s far better than Spence.

Alright, somebody that's picking Spence by stoppage do the honorable thing and mirror this with a Crawford by stoppage vote to square things.

Pre-car accident, the robbery prediction would sound very feasible. But Bud has become something of a vicious KO artist since moving up to WW, and post accident, the way Spence reacted to those heavy shots from Garcia and Ugas, basically blipping out and going on walkabout mid-fight. Bud won't look perplexed by his actions and let him off the hook. If anything he'll be expecting it. So based on Bud's power and accuracy compared to those two, Spence will get his **** knocked loose on a few occasions and unlike Danny and Yordenis, Bud is a merciless sociopath of a finisher and will not hesitate for a second.

I agree. The only difference for me is that I haven't seen any slippage of either fighter which was not the case with Pac and Floyd. That is why I am so excited. And the fact I really like both guys. If I am wring about who I think wins (Spence), I don't care. They both deserve to win imo.

The one thing I find fascinating about Crawford is that he actually gets more accurate when in "Finish him" mode. I get why a lot of folks think this will be a KO.

I’m going for Bud but as we get closer I’m getting less confident. I just feel like he needed this 1-2 years ago.

both past prime and Spence size could tell in this one

Yeah, Spence and Crawford are closer to prime than Pac/May. No doubt.

Would any of you guys honestly be surprised if the guu you thought was going to win actually lost?
I'm pretty dug in on who I think wins but I wouldn't be shocked if the other guy won. I would be shocked if it was a one sided wipeout though.

He's certainly faster than Brook, Porter, Garcia and Ugas. Which spells doom for Earl.

Did nobody see how horribly underskilled and lame this Ugas guy is when he fought Pacquiao? Pac said it himself, this is one of the worst fighters that he has ever fought. And this guy rocked Spence and yet some people want to give Spence some credit for beating him?

You guys don't know S about boxing or something?
