I like the idea of "coverage free" rounds but I really don't see the need to have the fight squished into a smaller square so we can see their corners. Hearing them would be sufficient enough.

    Round 5
    Ahio 10-9
    Ahio 50-45

Ahio has to fight Amran as if he is King Hippo. Land a shot to jaw, then unload on the body. Sands' fat ass won't get up afterwards.

So do I have this right….an Aussie fighting a Brit in Oklahoma, with Kiwis and Aussies on the undercard…possibly because of some sort of connection to Kambosos? Do I have this right? And why?

just dawned on me that a Greek-Australian and a brickie from Yorkshire are going to fight on an indian reservation in Oklahoma

It’s 2023 and nothing in boxing makes sense

Ahio TKO 6...no relation to another TKO 6.

    Round 1 Ahio 10-9
    Round 2 Ahio 10-9
    Round 3 Sands 10-9
    Round 4 Ahio 10-9, close
    Round 5 Ahio 10-9
Round 6 Ahio wins by TKO

Ahio landing stiff jabs, looping in overhands. Vicious right rocks Sands. Backs to the ropes. Ahio landing in combination. Sands having little success here and there. But Ahio clocks him with a combo, he's rocked again. Ahio corners him, teeing off to the head, the ref has seen enough.

Ahio has genuinely heavy hands but he's sloppy and smothers his punches by staying too close most of the time

It's been a good morning for Down Under H/Ws. Goodnight Goodall & Hemi Ahio both big kayos.

I'm gonna guess yes, which is kinda disappointing cause I wanna see him fight Davis and Shakur. But I'm also okay with it because there are a lot of tantalizing fights for belts that could potentially take place instead.

It also goes ahead and gets rid of one of the last "Regular" belts, and I'm always gonna be in favor of that.

Damn that's a dangerous fight for Haney. Props to Haney for stepping up, and I think he beats Prograis.

That's a big win for Joe.

Hopefully GKJ caps off the night with an emphatic win.

Joe Goodall had a couple of decent hit-outs last year against Justis Huni & Arsene Fosso & has plenty of good sparring up there in BrisVegas so no surprise he did well. Huni got injured sparring with him recently so he's staying sharp in the gym which is great. There's blokes like Teremoana Jr, Jai Opetaia & Aussie Dave Nyika all up there so if they do the work there's no reason any of those guys can't have success on the international stage. Well done to Joe Goodall on the best win of his professional career. It should open a few doors for him.

I think it was ippy that said he had done a couple of camps in the U.S aswell. Which cost him a pretty penny but would do wonders for his growth.

He was over there for a year or more sparring with the likes of Jared Anderson & Efe Ajagba. He holds a win over the latter from the amateurs. He's got the talent to do something. He just needs the opportunities.
