So say that someone scores a KO5 (either Spence or Crawford, whoever you like) on Saturday night, who do you make the p4p #1 Sunday morning?

    I won't make Spence No. 1 regardless, because I don't think he's a true No. 1 talent.

Crawford with a dominant mid-rounds KO as you propose ... depends.

No way on Usyk. Too inactive.

    1. Inoue
    2. winner of Crawford-Spence
    3. Usyk

Uysk is a great fighter, but he's been inactive this year.

Why is Usyk here lol? I mean love the guy but not being able to fight fury but dubois is not much of an argument.

Inoue just beat a unified champ

Either crawford or spence will have to put in a better performance than inoue but tbf i see crawford vs spence a more equal matchup on paper.

    So wait and see

    If crawford/spence go the distance
    1. Inoue
    2. Crawford/spence
    3. Usyk

If crawford/spence ends the fight earlier than inoue
    1. Crawford/spence
    2. Inoue
    3. Usyk

Crawford has only fought once a year since 2020 like Usyk.

Inoue jumped up in weight and smoked the consensus #1 unified champion.

The Monster and there is no doubt about it. Besides the fact that, well, he is a Monster, he has incredible boxing skills. He has it all.
More skills than any of them, and I include Loma in the mix. He hasn't brought power as he's moved up, meanwhile Inoue was KO'ing guys at 108 pounds (!) and continues to do so at 122 (!).

    The Monster. End of.

Bud wins and he is #1. no questions.

Damaged Spence is better than anyone Inoue can fight up to 130.

Fulton alone is better than Crawford's whole resume, Usyk's resume embarrasses Crawford's.

Crawford or Spence could win by KO1 and Inoue would still be P4P #1.

People do argue for him though. Though there are zero votes in the poll for the mighty Usyk so maybe that's over with.

I feel bad for Usyk. I actually compiled his resume vs Inoue's a few weeks ago and even with the Fulton win I'd say Usyk's resume is a little better, just because of Joshua being so much larger. But dominance is dominance, and most people are going to take winning almost every round and KOing pretty much all of your opponents, as Inoue and Crawford do, over a better resume. Although, beyond a doubt Usyk is greater than Crawford right now. There's also a racial aspect to Crawford/Usyk. Europeans typically don't care as much, white Americans care but they're willing to say whoever the non-black fighter is, black Americans will generally only pick the black American fighter. Usyk is suffering from a split vote.

The other thing is that Usyk was boxing at a pretty low level when Inoue dusted his first divisional number one. Now he's dusted his third and since that time, he's done a lot of business in the top five. So he's got longevity, too.

Inoue is #1 no matter what happens in Spence/Crawford. Those guys are not in the same league as Inoue, I don't know if anyone is.

Inoue has proven to be a true generational talent and ATG

He was number 1 before today, but that performance solidified it

He's an ATG and bang in his prime
