    Agreed, I believe Pacquiao reached more of the prime of his powers when he reached 126 and 130 when he fought the 2000s Mexican Murderer's Row (MAB, Morales, JMM).
    Meanwhile, Inoue is in the prime of his powers right now at 122 (and previously at 118).
