And as someone who has seen a lot of guys in gear, there is also plenty that wouldn't have looked like they were on gear. That's why we don't use the eye test we use the weight test and the amount of lean mass he gains over certain periods of time. If he is putting on 20lbs of lean muscle mass at this stage of his career during a camp he is most likely on some sorta help.
Actually there's no need to have that body transformation to be on something, Tyson Furry is a proof for that.I believe he takes something and that's why he needs 1 year before fights, and i believe Fury knows that and he will give him not more then 3, 4 months to make their fight after Usyk beat Dubois.Same as it was after he beat Joshua. But at the end he finds legal way to take what is good for him, so what's the problem? Joshua, Dubois, Furry they all are no angels when it comes to doping.I highly doubt it's possible to be on super high level without something forbidden, for me it's who is more on that and who has advantage of bein able to take everything he wants and to take it all the time(Klitschko, Joshua?).With Usyk if he needs to cycle 1 year that's not the case, no advantage or special privilege.
Hopefully, then he can fight the known steroid cheat Fury on an even playing field, if Luke is man enough to fight him
Predictable post from a typical mentally challenged Fury fan to deflect from his heroes shameful ducking of the Ukrainian "middleweight" & any other heavyweight with a pulse! I guess Tom Hardy must've been on steroids when he bulked up to play Bane, god forbid that he changed his diet & had an insane workout programme!
If he's put 20 pounds on in a training camp then there is no question hes on something. However it doesn't look like hes put 20 pounds of lean muscle on...it looks like a good picture with good lighting with a muscle pump...did he say it or did a translater say it n it's lost in translation..or usyk has embellished it? Between the gassiev fight to his first fight at heavy ...if he'd not done any kind of weight training before I can see him putting on maybe 5 pound max, was he cutting to make cruiser and no longer has to at heavy ?
Yeah your right to go off just pics is correct. But when you introduce numbers then as you say you be more certain. Any pic can look deceiving and just 3/4lbs of lean muscle gain can look far more with a pump, downlighting, angles.. You obv know what I'm talking about already. You can maybe expect at an absolute max 15/20 lbs gains for a noob lifter over a year given decent enough genetics naturally. But anyone who has been consistently in the gym certainly aint gonna do that over a year let alone a training camp. So yeah is he on something at least, with the way the game is now I would be surprised if he isn't on something for whatever reason not nessarily for gains. But then I'm pretty cynical about it all now. Iv got a decent interest in the area... Studied physiology, I'm a fan of the bodybuilding scene, have reasonable idea of what foes on in sport now. I hate its part to play in sport now, in any skill based sport I don't like it. Its a topic for another thread and one that can see you walk down a moral never-ending staircase.
Two things: 1) The two pictures posted by the OP (who is, incidentally, a Fury fanatic with an anti-Usyk agenda) were made around 10 years apart. 2) If he is on steroids, they are not very good ones - he is quite burly without significant muscle definition. He clearly has subcutaneous fat and water. Also, his face doesn't have any changes/enlargement in its features. I'd say based on all this, it's very unlikely. In any case, who knows. If he is using - a pro boxer using the juice, quelle horreur, unheard of, lol.
What's the evidence of that? Remember when Usyk and his team uploaded photographs before AJ vs Usyk 1 where Usyk looked massive but then came in smaller than expected? Photographs can be deceiving.
Kid stuff compared to the bombs Dubois gets shot into his veins. Even a blind man would notice his biceps are pumped.
