If Bud has a dominating performance Saturday, he’s number 1 p4p and it’s not necessarily close too

You’re kidding yourself if aficionados and pundits all over the world won’t have him number one p4p

Way more dominant over a longer stretch of time and does it in dominating fashion year in and year out

Beating Spence at 35 years old would be an incredible feat of epic proportions

Stopped every single opponent since 2016

Bud is on the precipice of all time greatness and even the haters have to accept it

He will be number one p4p if he dominates Spence.

    Inoue is 2
    Usyk is 3

Does jermell get to keep his belts at 154? I could see the winner fighting jermell if he still has belts.

That would be off the hook. Like to see that myself.

No not true at all, Crawford won a real world title before Inoue did, March of 2014 vs April 2014.

That being said, Crawford has also fought better fighters overall when you match them up.

Inoue does have some great wins though, can't lie but Crawfords opposition hasn't lacked in that regard either.

That's why I qualified with "level", he had previously fought Taguchi, who went on to become a unified champion at 108. The fight wasn't for a title, but it was definitely a world title level fight.

Also, I disagree strongly. Inoue has beaten multiple unified champions (Donaire, Taguchi, Fulton) and is 12-0 vs champions. Crawford's best wins were more washed and not as successful. Donaire has had a very successful career post-Inoue, better than any post-Crawford opponent.

He's had 2 fights post Inoue, chill. One is a 36 year old and the other a fighter never haven won a world title.

Crawford beat his opponents at their absolute best, primed and were never the same after. I don't see why you would hold it against him.

Horn undefeated before he fought Terence beating Pacquiao just a year before, Postol undefeated, Gamboa undefeated, Indongo undefeated, Benavidez undefeated, Kavaliauskas undefeated, Burns after a great stretch

Sorry but no one Inoue has beaten at the time of beating them compares to Errol Spence Jr. Not Narvaez, not Fulton, not anyone

Yeah, well, those two fights include two more won title fights than all post-Crawford opponents combined. In fact, I believe 3 Inoue opponents so far have gone on to win titles after he beat them, and a fourth in Rodriguez is set to happen very soon. So, correct me if I'm wrong, but in that regard Inoue is 3-0, soon to be 4-0.

I don't put much stock into being undefeated. How many of the fighters you named have winning records vs top 10 opposition? Burns, I believe. The rest of them mostly lose when they fight world class opposition. Inoue has several wins over guys who mostly win at a world level.

And he'll get credit for beating Spence when he does so. Spence, since he's fully in his prime, is a very good fighter, and I'd give huge credit for the win. But at the moment Crawford's resume is not in any regard on the level of Inoue's resume. Not in future champs, not in reigning champs, not in HoFers, not in unified champs, not in total champs, not in # of Ring rated wins, not in # of wins of people with winning records over world class opposition, not in the best win. Inoue at the moment simply has the better resume.

Crawford's opposition were champs before fighting him. Like I said, cannot take that away from him for obvious reasons. He beats the primes out of fighters.

Spence is a better win than ANY of Inoue's wins, and not too close either tbh. Better than a fading Donaire, better than Narvaez.

Shawn Porter, Khan, Spence are all hall of famers, more than Inoue already.

If Porter gets into the HoF, the HoF is broken. Two good wins and a robbery vs a B tier fighter does not make a HoF fighter. He's definitely nowhere near Inoue's level, he couldn't even be the best in one division, much less 4. And Khan was the best in 1 for a little while, he has some good wins, but I still would not call the guy a HoFer. He'll probably get in (unlike Porter) but it will be based on his popularity and not his achievements. He has a couple of B wins, a B+ win, and no A wins, all at 140. Not a HoFer.

No. That is BS hype from the usual suspects. He is nowhere near Inoue.

A bit irrelevant because EJ is going to beat Bud and he will be ranked P4P number 1. Inoue will have enjoyed being number 1 for 4 days.

Disagreed, he certainly has more of a case to be in the HOF than almost all of Inoue's opponents, besides Donaire.

He'll easily make it in , as will Khan, as will Errol.

There is NO questions Khan will make it in. There are way less accomplished fighters in the hall than Porter and Khan. Let's be real.
