Yeah I cringed a bit at some things Derrick and Terrence were saying today. I wish it could have stayed classy. Derrick making the weight crack and Terrence's comments to somone on Spence's side who was baiting him were very unnecessary.
Amen to that. Hopefully, all of the talk after the bout is about the amazing fight and looking forward to a rematch.
I obviously hope it's a great fight and also hope that the PPV does okay. I have a bad feeling about that. The two camps are an embarrassment. I hate when the trainers trash talk like that and the idiots in the crowd - nobody came to see you.
Well, outside shenanigans have begun! Caleb Plant hits one of the Charlo's. Also.. the more I think about it... I just think Spence's jaw is pretty durable and will last the entire fight. It's an Al Haymon card... Crawford is a free agent.. and two of the judges corrupt. My final prediction.. Spence, by way of highway robbery. Crawford going to learn today what it means to be a free agent in boxing......
Yeah it's a really great point. With a sudden resurgence in big fights seemingly coming to fruition the last thing boxing needs it's a clear cut robbery.
The reason we're getting big fights is that a recession is looming and most boxing promoters are trying to squeeze in fights before disposable income takes a hit.
How about a cut before the 4th round due to a clash of heads and it ends up a no contest? Would that be an " L " for boxing?
DAAAYEM.. that's be messed up lol. But I doubt that happens. Both are boxer punchers and don't really dart in head first like Bradley did back in the days.
