I expected more from these 2 so called p4pers but it was sloppy and bad. Uysk and Inoue are well ahead of crawford, spence looked drunk.
I turned it off after 2 rounds, absolute rubbish fight, zero skills. You get better fights at Pork hall every weekend.
Crawford was excellent but that was a terrible anticlimactic performance by Spence. There was nothing whatsoever impressive about his performance sans heart. I don't mean it was terrible as in he could've done much better. He was terrible because I don't think he possesses the talent and skills to do better than he did. He's just not a P4P top 5 talent and never was.
I did not expect such a one sided fight. But, I did enjoy the skill Crawford showed. Say what you will, he demolished a dangerous man.
I've long considered Crawford one of the top 4 most skilled fighters in the sport along with Loma, Inoue and Usyk. I've also long considered Spence grossly overrated. Good fighter for sure but never top 5 P4P worthy. He wouldn't beat anyone in the P4P top 10 if they were all the same size.
To be fair Serge, it was just a better chinless yank beating on an even chinnier yank, and liam davies was the performer of the night knocking out an iron chinned Jason Cunningham.
There was nothing about Crawfords game that looked sloppy, Not only did he miss very little, he barely got touched.
Bad performance or not, Usyk or Inoue have never faced an opponent the caliber of Spence. give Crawford his due. Flawless victory that will be remembered for a long time the top p4p fighter is American. Deal with it
I wasn't even that hyped about the fight and I still found it hugely anticlimactic purely because of how poor Spence was. Crawford did his part and looked really good doing it but it shouldn't have been so easy if Spence was near as good as what he was cracked up to be. Getting dropped by a jab, rocked and hurt often, and looking completely clueless on how to make it even somewhat competitive reflected very badly on him.
2 real hard men going at it for one round. But Davies hits like a double decker bus, and sometimes the sturdiest materials crack. A few levels above the american rubbish we saw in Las Vegas.
