He has 0 chance of beating him at this point. In his prime, it would have been more competitive than Spence but he would have lost.

I disagree. Thurman would be no test at all. The Thurman from 2017 and 18 might be a challenge but current One-Time has had one fight in four years. I think it's fair to say that his heart isn't in boxing anymore.

I do agree he might do better than Spence (hard not to) but he wouldn't last as long. Spence showed great heart last night. Thurman would be done inside of six rounds.

Bud fights once a year, which is not much more than Thurman. We saw the whooping Thurman dished out to Showtime Shawn and Garcia. Bud is next

Thurman was always a little overrated imo. He rose to the top of the welterweight division when it was fairly weak following the void left after Floyd and Manny dominated the division.

Keithy got the pip in the pop and he got the elite skills to pay the bills and athleticism too

And when it comes to personality and charisma he leaves Terry and Errol for dead

I watched some of that Terry on Hot Boxing' With Mike Tyson the other day and it was like watching paint dry in a library

I think Terry has more personality than he often shows on camera but by god he can be extremely dull. Spence is pretty dull too and he's started to resemble a country bumpkin of late

Ya'll just jealous of Keithy's sadly now deceased ponytail and his flute playing skills

I don't think Bud would stop him, because he has fast feet. I actually see Thurman as all wrong for Bud, as he can move in and out, land shots and get out of range before Bud could respond. The problem Spence had against Bud is that he isn't elusive, he made it easy for Bud to target him. Thurman can use his fast feet to move around that ring, hit and not be hit and could actually befuddle Bud like no one else could. And it's unclear to me, despite his inactivity, if Thurman has really slowed down much from when he was prime. Thurman could be the type of fighter that benefits from inactivity. He hasn't taken punishment. He was filmed at the fight outside of the arena saying he wants the winner of Bud Crawford. I say bring it on. Thurman vs Bud is arguably the best fight that could possibly be made. I would much rather see Bud vs Thurman than Bud Spence 2.
