I thought Crawford was going to win, he felt like the more mentally tougher fighter, so I don’t try to take anything away from Crawford, BUT, do everyone think that Spence looked like he always does? Idk, I thought something looked off with Spence.

Pls don’t take this like I want to argue to the death about this because I still think Crawford beats a 100% Spence. Just a serious question about Spence’s state, idk if he was over confident and he just fought the better opponent or what but something seems off.

Crawford put on a savage performance...

But Spence was deathly DRAINED. It's not my opinion, just a fact very EASILY VERIFIED by video.

Sounds like y'all so desperate to discredit Inoue's performance by completely ignoring the fact that Spence looked like a zombie on the way to the ring.

Video don't lie, but you cretins do.

    :deal:

This is boxing. People get beat up. If you don't like it, there are other less violent sports.

    Tennis anyone??? :)

How does not trying to tear apart Crawfords win have anything to do with discrediting Inoue? They are both quite clearly the top two p4p talents in the sport. Why do you care so much what order they are in? Surely you have better stuff to be doing on your weekend?

Didn't Crawford miss weight and needed two hours to get below the 147 limit? He's also older than Spence.... In reality, who was really drained for this fight? :eyebrow2:

We're supposed to ignore the fact that Spence looked like a ghoul?

He's not a back foot fighter usually and he actually did try to out-move Bud. The showtime commentators mentioned it as a sign that Spence was out of ideas and just trying to survive or find one big punch.

Bud hit too hard and he was too fast of feet and hands. That was it. He was just better. As always, how much someone's loss is related to their decline vs being in with a better fighter is up for outlandish claims by the posters on this board. But I've seen plenty of fights where old greats on the decline lose to lesser fighters, and they usually have some moments where you see their greatness come through. Not only did Spence lose convincingly, but I didn't see any flash of past greatness. I think Bud is just much better.

I don't think you are a cretin but I strongly disagree. Spence looked the way he always does. You are seeing what you want to see so that you can boost Inoue as No. 1. Just stop, man. It's so transparent.

Video don't lie. You can't even say with any degree of honesty that he looked healthy.

He looked the same as he always does. People have been making post-fight "he was drained" excuses on this forum since the outset.

Spence looks like he doesn’t want to be there, kind of the way he fought also unfortunately.

It looks like these two will meet at 154 next fight. When Crawford wins by brutal KTFO, you guys still have the car accident to fall back on. Crawford is not far away from his 36th birthday. He also had trouble making weight for this one. If anyone was drained, it was Crawdad.

I can’t wait to see these guys fight again. We will see if Spence’s hydration level had any impact on the end result. He was slower, limited in his offense, much less accurate in his punching and noticeably levels below Crawford in the skill department. Pretty much looked like he does in every fight. A great opponent exploits weaknesses and I expect Crawford to do the same if they ever meet again, regardless of weight class.

PS - before anyone calls me a hater, I have massive respect for Spence and how he conducts himself before and after every fight. He’s a total professional and makes no excuses. It’s impossible to not respect a guy like Spence. Good dude.
