Tank Davis and the issues with PBC's approach to building stars

Loma was calling him out when he was still green but when he really got it together. the callouts stopped. When Loma was calling him out, it was Floyd who didn't make the fight happen. Tank would have taken it. You ain't heard a peep outta Loma since Tank raised his game. They all was calling each other out so don't get it twisted. I remember watching all three of them on the phone talking trash. Shakur, Haney and Tank. Nothing came of it. If you gon tell it, tell it like it is and not how you want it to be. Teo need to be calling out them boys at 140, he acting like Ryan Garcia.

 

He got that fight because everyone wanted to see it. If those are Tanks numbers, why hasn’t he ever gotten that much before? That’s 4 times his normal.

You right, Ryan really sold that fight, just like Rolly sold his fight with Tank. I think that Garcia pulled in the most number totally but I also think that Tanks numbers doubled as well. It became a fight of nationalistic pride and people were pulling for thier homies. Ryan probably pulled about 700, 000 while Tank probably pulled about 500,000. Now since Garcia got his hoe card pulled, I don't and the powers that be don't think he can pull that many buys now. Everybody knows he's a hoe. Now, I could be wrong but that's the way it's looking to me.

I've been saying similar for a while. Tank is a pretend 3 weight champion.

He probably was the best SFW for a short while once Loma left, but at LW and LWW he's fought in divisions with clear undisputed champions and he's avoided them like the plague.

Even now he's in between two divisions with undisputed champions but you just know he's gonna be playing his a-side games pretending he should be getting the lion's share, when in reality he should be challenging for a shot at the champion.

It's a joke the way they try to push him.

Haney was offered the fight he prefers a less risky fight with Regis Prograishe think he can win. He is not confident he can beat Tank at 135 pounds.

 

Of course Haney would be in trouble. All these guys talk tough about facing Tank but have 2nd and 3rd thoughts when it’s time. Even Loma is not calling Tank out anymore the way he was when Tank was. 20 year old inexperienced kid.

 

Lmao Haney does not get offered anything. Haney is the champion, he has every single belt.

If Tank wants to challenge the champion he does so on the champions terms.

 

Tank is the A-side market maker monopoly man. If you want to make the bread as in life changing money you come and see PBC, Tank and Showtime. Ryan Garcia is set for life now he can concentrate on his boxing. Look at the evidence Garcia got over $30 Million closer to $40 Million for losing to Tank and Terence Crawford can basically now buy his hometown in Omaha, Nebraska.

 

Crawford challenged the champion, Spence.

If Tank wants to be champion he challenges Haney. If not he challenges Lopez at LW.

If not he just carries on pretending to be a champion.

 

You may not be aware but those are exactly the 2 guys his team have approached for his next fight. Even his mentor Floyd publicly called for Teofimo next and PBC approached Haney who would rather face Regis Prograis for much less money. Tank is already a champion as well. The real question is why are those 2 avoiding the fight?
