    Floyd goes into his shell and gets jabbed silly. Might be good enough defensively to survive 12, but imo a terrible matchup for Floyd

    I don't think Floyd beats Ray either, but it's closer

    What did he do at 147 that made him "really, really close" to SRR, Armstrong, Walcott, Griffith, etc? You have to be talking about H2H because his resume at welterweight doesn't come "really, really close" in the slightest

    I am. I'm not blowing up his WW career more than it was, I'm going by the eye test. He only has one win at WW over a HOF'er and I believe 3-4 wins over top 10 guys. And no matter how good he looked against Sugar Ray a loss is a loss. But again, the eye test suggests....
