That presumably comes after costs like promotion, training, advisors etc - assuming Matchroom doesn't settle all that before the fighter gets paid?
thanks for explaining, have read it now. I didn't know what it was called, we use it for the 2 CICs we run at work I think. Stops people having a nosey basically!
Conor Benn must be thrilled Dillian Whyte has tested positive. It sure has taken the focus of him for the time being.
Or it's highlighted the hypocrisy of the double standards at work and kept the topic of doping in boxing in play at a time Team Benn have been trying to move away from it?
Obviously he would be bias but Frank Warren said the "Cleared" for Conor Benn was purely on jurisdiction and nothing to do with whether he was taking PEDs.
Nobody in boxing seems to give a sh!t about positive test results and when they occur boxing seems to have a unique way of just making them go away. I don't know why the testing agencies even bother with boxing and will be surprised if it continues much longer.
It's strange we've moved back to strict liability with shyte. Has Eddie not asked him for his diet diary or whether he naturally produces trenbelone? What about his mental elf?
I miss the 1990's where all the big names in boxing took loads of performance enhancing drugs and nothing happened
I am waiting for him, if it is tren, to claim he got it from contaminated pork (tren was originally a bulking feed for pigs)
This content is protected "The two are very different in terms of different substances and different results" lol. Hearn back with his 'it was only trace amounts' and 'clomid is not a real PED anyway' line of bs again. Also funny how last time, when Whyte was the Matchroom star of the show, Hearn was happy to let the fight go ahead despite the failed test being for Dbol, which very much is a real PED. But not only that, he tried to keep it a secret too.
Today's interview was hard to listen to. As soon as the pleasantries were over it went straight into them talking over each other and turned into a schoolyard argument, "you said this" "no I didn't" "your face is red" "no it isn't" Hearn is excellent at switching the argument, I'll give him that.
