Joshua is brave only until he is confronted by someone who matches him in physical aspects, and even against smaller ones there is a possibility that he will start to shake...

Be nice to have a discussion that didn’t involve insults, but you haven’t learned that yet. Let me know if you ever want to give it a try.

You can start by detailing Helenius’ intense ‘training camp’ for his sparring session in the dungeon. I’m sure he’s been bringing in sparring partners from around the world and going at it like Marciano for a good 8/9 weeks, right?

(That is basically you spinning ‘he’s fighting a guy who’s already had a fight in the last week’ into ‘see what great shape he’s in!!!’ Or should I have said fine shape.)

AJ's palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
Robert broke through his facade with a stare already: Spat out his Mom's spaghetti. He's nervous, but on the surface he looks like a bodybuilder unsteady
Fails to drop bombs and he keeps on forgetting
What Derrick James wrote down, the whole crowd laughs so loud
He clenches his fists, but the punches won't come out
He's choking, how? Everybody's joking now
The clock's run out, time's up, over, blaow!
Snap back to reality, ope there goes gravity, ope
    There goes AJ, he choked

You'll continue to be insulted for as long as you're putting words in my mouth. You are the one initiating hostilities by being so disrespectful. Show me where I used the adjective "intense", smart guy. I said he had a full camp, didn't make any qualitative judgments about it or say that he pushed himself all that hard to prep for Mielonen.

    - Helenius had his last KO a few days ago and is full motivated
    - AJ had his last KO in 2020

    - RH has had 3 KOs since 2020
    - AJ has had 0 KOs since 2020

    - RH has nothing to lose, looked relaxed at the weight-in and is gonna make war
    - AJ is under full pressure and nervous

    - RH has a beard
    - AJ is shaved

In Finnish news Helenius said, he hopes that AJ is going for the early KO so RH can counter punch him and send to the moon. If AJ takes the distance, RH gonna risk it and try to KO him

I agree, Helenius is not the type for face off " we're gonna do it" material.

But he was in this instance. And AJ was rattled.

    It worked.

    The fight smells.
    • Wilder knocked out Helenius in Round 1
    • Hearn is working on putting together a Joshua v. Wilder fight
    • The only way Wilder isn't the prohibitive A-side is if Joshua matches Wilder's performance by stopping Helenius in Round 1
    • So, yeah, I think Helenius has been given this fight with the expectation that he will lie down in the 1st round.
Y'all can go back to having fun "analyzing" this matchup...

Joshua claiming : "I want to take him out in round one if I can. I need to take him out."

But will Joshua try to take Helenius out in round one? Or will we see Joshua tiptoeing around like he is in a minefield, like he did in the Ruiz rematch?

I'm no AJ supporter, but I think Helenius is happy for the unexpected payday and will make a decent showing fro a round or two the gets ko'd.

Yeah I know AJ hasn't ko'd anyone since Thatcher was PM but Helenius has tasted the canvas already and he knows how to make a fight look competitive. Unless it's Wilder then he just falls down at the first opportunity.
