    AJ says Helenius is a talent and should come again, plenty he can offer the division and be trouble for anybody. Took him a while to figure him out, gives him all credit as late sub.

    AJ says he wants to fight twice more this year because he knows he needs to stay active.

    He then feigns having a back injury but then reveals with a woflfish grin that it aches from "carrying the HW division". Cheeky bugger. :lol:
