Entertaining scrap but not high level.

Nav beat him up a bit towards the end and banked most of the early rounds.

Valdez waiting to long to miss about 70% of his wild swings.

A lot of doctors would've stopped that in the 12th. This doc and the ref were too caught up in the great action to even care.

10-2 Emmanuel Navarette for me. Could maybe see at most 3 more rounds being given to Valdez.

The forum RBR has it 10-0-1 for Navarrete.

Maybe this was so exciting cause we had 4 hours of heavyweight snore fest from earlier in the day ?

Didn’t score it round by round but a draw wouldn’t surprise me.

Navarrete just put a beatdown on Valdez with one fully functional hand in those last few rounds. What a performance, he's always in a great scrap too. I really can't fault him for what he brings us, it's a flawed style as I'm sure he's well aware of but it's damn good to watch.

While this is far short off Morales vs barrera it was easily the best fight of the night, consistent exchanges & momentum shifts with Navarrete edging it with his workrate

I only saw from round 5 and on. I thought it was close leaning towards Valdez rounds 8,9. But Navarrete swept 10-12.

Got a bit sleepy even though it was all action. That's a first for me

Exactly. It was a very competitive - yet at the same time, somewhat one-sided - fight.
