What an elegant way of saying he's got his head up his ass.

Usyk is a tad overrated for me. Joshua is clearly a shell of himself. He's not been able to pull the trigger for quite a while.

Forget Ruiz. Let’s be honest, AJ wasn’t the same guy after Wlad. Dude was a savage before and during the Wlad fight, he’s only got worse since. Funny thing is I think most expected that fight to elevate him.

How many cruisers are able to beat a top 3 heavyweight that's 50 lbs naturally bigger than them?

Usyk went into the first fight as an underdog. He wasn't supposed to beat AJ.

I'd go as far as to argue it was actually when he got dropped by Klitschko.

The Ruiz loss certainly robbed Joshua of some confidence, but Usyk really did a number on his self-belief.

He looked worse against Pulev than against Povetkin, but much worse in his two last fights than he did against Pulev. Last night was a step in the right direction. He looked just dreadful in the one before that.

Could be. But the fighters he faced before Wlad were in general so much worse than the one he faced after (who was at least decent) that it's hard to say what's what.

That fight with AJ made him a superstar.

He knew that he will beat AJ, always.

Usyk was bad in the first two fight at HW, against two very limited boxers.

Let's see if he can handle Dubois as well as AJ.

Porter wasn't the same after the double hip replacement surgery prior to facing Crawford. How could he be?

Spence wasn't the same after the car crash. How could he be and he was grossly overrated before it.

Postol was dropped heavily and very badly hurt by a 13 fight novice in his next fight after losing to Crawford, way more hurt than he was against Crawford who scored 2 flash KDs against him one of which was a rabbit punch. And then Postol lost to a 12 fight novice Josh Taylor in his next fight who was way less experienced than Crawford was. Postol's only claim to fame prior to losing to Crawford in his country was beating Matthysse on a freak eye injury who was never the same after the three brutal wars against Ruslan, Molina and Garcia in four of his previous fights.

Gamboa was never the same at 135 as he was at 126 and 130. He was garbage at 135 and had no right being at that weight. He was chinny against opponents his own size for goodness sake, let alone against have gloves won't travel or maybe once giant weight bullies like Crawford

Ricky Burns should've been 0-2 in his previous 2 fights prior to facing Crawford because he clearly lost to Beltran and was well on his way to losing to Jose A Gonzales in his fight after that who was boxing his ears off and up on all three judge's cards after 9 rounds IIRC in Burn's backyard prior to suffering a freak hand/arm injury

We can all play this game and no lies were told here

Those are Crawford's best wins in 40 freaking fights

We can do this to Inoue too for the Nipon fetishists who think being a fan of Japanese leprechauns makes them look really cool and sophisticated.

''Hey, I totally love the oeuvre of Takeshi Kitano, dude'' (FTR, I love all things Japan and Kitano too)

Spence wasn’t overrated but dude def was not the same after the crash. Dude literally lost his teeth and was in a coma. His resistance was gone.

These guys are just dumb. Boxing history if full of banana peel moments like Joshua/Ruiz, but AJ was back in the ring later that year and righted the wrong in decisive fashion. He was able to look in the mirror and convince himself that it was just a bad night and that he's still the man. He couldn't do that after losing to Usyk the 2nd time, he had his best moments in the rematch only for Usyk come out the very next round to dominate him. Joshuas narcissistic self-image was shattered after that Usyk fight - he finally found a man who had his number, and no amount of mental gymnastics could get around that fact(hence the meltdown). It can be argued that the Wlad and Ruiz I fights had a slight impact on how he fought, but they didn't totally shatter his psyche like the Usyk fights did.

I thought Spence was going to win and become number 1 p4p and there would be nothing but excuses from people who backed Crawford.
