LOL. I guess you know him more than himself or his coach. It would have been more believable if you said 11 rounds. Also theres a video on youtube of thurman almost knocking down porter 3 times

he may have won a round or two before getting destroyed. Another partier with no chance to beat crawford. Ive seen this dude wasted at events in vegas.

Thurman is a tough out for any welterweight. He does have a glass body, though.

...what the hell are you going on about?

Bud Crawford fights 0% like Porter so why the hell would Thurman's performance against Porter matter at all?

Thurman has 2 narrow wins against Danny Garcia and Shawn Porter...he's literally done 0 else his entire career. Lost to 40 y/o Pacman in a close but clear fight and was almost KTFO by literal journeymen

Smh, here we go again. There is no evidence that Crawford fought the best version of Spence so we can't realistically rank how well Prime Spence would've/could've done against Crawford. Based on styles, Prime Thurman is a totally different fight. Thurman is very athletic and a very underrated counter-puncher. 50/50 with Crawford winning a controversial decision.

the fact that you decided to get all emotional about my response and not the guy i responded to speaks volumes about the biases you have. I simply provided a counterargument to the guy saying thurman struggled against lesser known names. It matters because porter gave him his toughest fight and if he had a better gas tank, it would have been super close. Porter was up on the scorecards until the 10th round. There's no shame in losing to pacquiao in a close fight (could have been a draw without the KD. he was just caught off guard in 1st round since he might not be used to fast starters). You really think crawford puts away thurman in 6 rounds? please. Amir khan would have lasted longer than 6 rounds had he not quit but he still would have been stopped. also i checked boxrec and thurman has never lost a fight by KO while pacquiao has lost by KO early in his career by journeymen and yet hes seen as a legend.

No guarantee in that. I liked Thurman, but lets not pretend he looked like a world beater himself every time out.

Pacquiao Thurman was not close to a draw. The fact that you keep saying that shows youre wearing a PBC buttplug. Pacman won 8-9 rounds.

Bud has 8 WW fights and has ended every fight in KO/TKO with an average of round 8.125. Thurman, of all people, is not seeing round 11 (as you suggest) let alone round 8.

It was Thurman that literally RAN across the ring from Josesito Lopez of all people. Their round 7 is a microcosm of what would be the entire fight Bud v Keith.

And it was KEITH that DUCKED both Terrence and Earl for YEARS. Dude knew he would get stopped either way.

So did "prime" Thurman occur before or after he ran away from 5' 7", 40 y/o Leonard Bundu (36% KO ratio) for 12 rounds? That fight was the one where Thurman discovered that a dude might get hurt trying to be "One-Time". Got on his bicycle and rarely (never?) mixed it up again.

As soon as Crawford even breathes on Thurman, Keith enters survival mode. Forget trying to get the W, he fights to not be KTFO, but at some point Crawford catches up to him and ends the fight. Quickly and brutally.

At least Spence never gave up.
