3 Time undisputed champ against Canelo at his natural weight class.

Would put him above Floyd, IMO.

He may not stop him but he could decision him. Evander Holyfield says if it goes the distance Charlo will win. What if they rob Canelo?

If Bud beats Canelo at 168, he arguably passes Floyd. Obviously Floyd fought better competition but Bud would be 3x Undisputed those are accomplishments that Floyd never had and a win that puts him in rarified air. Ironically if he beat Canelo at 168 he would beat Canelo at the same age that Floyd beat Canelo, but at 16 lbs north of the weight Floyd beat him and for Undisputed which makes it a far better and more significant win.

I could see it happening if it's a close fight. Especially if Charlo's conditioning gives him the edge late into the fight. If Canelo gasses down the stretch and Charlo is using his footwork and jabbing Canelo from distance he could win over the judges.

Charlo should have lost to Martirosyan and the first Castano fight, so gets decisions he don't deserve, but Canelo is still the robbery king.

But that's exactly why Canelo getting robbed is a distinct possibility. Charlo has had favorable scoring in the past, against CastaƱo the first time he was fortunate to get that draw. And Charlo Martirosyan was close as well, could have gone either way but he got the decision. If Charlo gives an inspired performance against Canelo and Canelo gasses down the stretch Charlo could definitely get the decision. Lets face it, it goes the distance Charlo has a great chance of winning.
