Crawford is not on the same level as a Canelo

Yet the guy you're replying to and having a circle jerk with has done it several times on here.

 

Canelo is more accomplished, but Crawford is just as talented. I want to see the fight.

 

Crawford is the better, more versatile fighter but the weight would do him in. Hopefully if the fight gets made, Bud doesn't try to bulk to 168 pounds and just retains his speed at a lower weight. I'd give Canelo a punchers chance here but honestly unless a robbery happens, Crawford should win by decision if it goes to the cards.

I actually think speed is what bothers Canelo, not power. I know he clipped glass-jawed Khan, but Canelo was losing that fight just looking for his chance to shatter Khan's chin (which of course happened). Canelo is still a plodder with questionable stamina, but he does punch hard and has good defense. I don't think that would be enough against Crawford, unless he literally knocks him out.

Seriously look through Canelo's record & fights? How many did he really win, I know he got Vegas decisions on several. He took over the mantle from Floyd as the Vegas Cash Cow & received the same protection as Floyd received. It was practically impossible to get a decision win against either of them in Vegas. This was proven in the Bivol Massacre !! Ginger hardly won a round yet the Vegas judges called it a very close fight Not even those reprobates dare stretch it to a draw but their scorecards were really just as bad
I know I get called a Floyd/Canelo hater by their cheerleaders but the truth is no way on earth I could support either. To support a fighter I have to respect him . Sorry but I have absolutely no respect for either of those two

 

He didn't just lose Ole Ginger got EMBARRASSED!!! The judges really made it worse for him by making it look like a close competitive fight Even they couldn't sink so low as to make it a draw

Canelo landed the better shots in rounds 1-4, and clearly won round 9. Bivol won the other rounds pretty convincingly but there is nothing wrong or corrupt about how the judges scored it. I get that fans saw it wider by giving Bivol some of rounds 1-4, but you as always are blowing it out of proportion. It was a very competitive fight that turned into a clear Bivol win because Canelo gassed after taking it to Bivol in round 1-4 and deleting his stamina. But Canelo still fought valiantly in defeat and he was daring to be great by fighting out of his weight class in an effort to become a two-time LHW champ against the best Champion at that weight. He took the L but in no way shape or form was that embarrassing. He fought a great fight but came up short against a great fighter like Bivol. When you take risks like Canelo does that can happen, but I was highly entertained throughout and would love to see it again. You have an axe to grind with Canelo and it's cringe. I get your issues with Mayweather but with Canelo this guy has been carrying the sport you cherish for years and years. He continues to give us big fights like this historic matchup with Charlo coming up. If he beats Charlo and fights Bud it would the biggest fight of our lifetime, even bigger than Mayweather Pacquiao which was a huge disappointment. Canelo's fights don't disappoint, he always delivers epic edge of your seat matchups. He's fights in a fan friendly style and he deserves respect.
