Every time a boxer starts comparing eras I just want someone to say "and Jack Johnson would sleep them all and sleep with their wives and girlfriends......all on the same night"
Whilst right, Froch is getting tiresome. Bit of a whiny tit for someone who styles himself as a straight talking tough guy.
this is what he said "But don't go over to Conor McGregor who's trying to steal the show, making what's probably a really expensive suit look really cheap because he just looks like a scruffy b****rd."Standing around at ringside, shouting and talking b***cks, trying to be centre of attention, shoves that nasty Irish stout in AJ's face."He shouldn't have drunk that stout because that stout could've been contaminated, you've gotta do a post-fight drugs test. Froch is forgetting antony s above the rules remember it doesnt apply to him as money man
Joshua already got flattened by Ruiz so I'd bet that a lot of heavyweights could flatten him on a given night. I'd favour peak Joshua to beat these 90's WBA/WBC/IBF titlists: Douglas, Moorer, McCall, Foreman, Seldon, Bruno. Holyfield's heavyweight stoppage record was relatively poor (12/27 prior to turning 40) and he struggled with SHW's, so while he could beat Joshua I doubt he flattens him. Good puncher's chance vs Bowe and Lewis. I think Joshua would be too intimidated vs Tyson and wouldn't cope well with the pressure but that being said, Tyson arguably never beat anyone as good and as big as Joshua. Froch has been giving it the big one more since he was inducted into the HoF, as if that makes him one of the greats of boxing. He's 1-1 with Kessler, 0-1 with Ward and very few believe he'd have beaten Calzaghe (who Frank Warren claims Froch ducked).
He probably does have points but it is tiresome. He is just looking for column inches. He has always craved attention more than most. He even said he’d fight McGregor in the cage. Don’t think that would go very well for him
