It's a myth that steroids cause skull growth. HGH (which isn't a steroid) can cause the jaw and brow ridge to thicken but the cranium stays the same. There are also steroids that cause fluid retention and can lead to a bloated balloon head look, but Davis doesn't exhibit this.
