both the Klitschko brothers ar Ukrainian, Wlad served in the Ukrainian army while Vitali is the Administrative Head of Kyiv so while there maybe some beef between them and Usyk it can’t be because they’re not Ukranian

 

I'm fairly sure they were born in Kazakhstan at any rate
