Unfortunately Fury has written off the entirety of 2023 because he booked a fight with some UFC nobody 6 months in advance. The twat.

Why couldn't he just fight next week and get it over with.

Usyk has been dropped by punches like that before. I posted clips of a couple this week. He cries foul when he gets hurt to the body. It's almost instinctive.

And he complained of low blows a handful of times during the fight, even when they were on the side, and the referee even said they weren't and to keep fighting.

Usyk has really good whiskers. But his body is his weak spot. So he complains, and the ref believes him and warns the opponent. So the opponent gets gunshy about punching down there. It's smart on Usyk's part. But his belly is his weak spot.

It just isn't.

Ward hit Kovalev on the letters BELOW his beltline. I screamed that was a low blow. But the punch tonight was right on the belt. Usyk acted so dramatically, you can't blame the ref for believing him. He had no replay to review. But the beltline isn't the balls.

It doesn't have to be in the balls to be low. The top of his hand hit the lower edge of his belt.
