When you look at the picture before the punch has made FULL impact, it looks slightly low. When you stop it when the punch has made full contact, it doesn't look low.

I feel for Daniel, the ref was against him with his actions. But he and his team need to understand even after the 5th round, Usyk recovered and stopped Dubois.

Really interesting. We have a lot of men on this thread whose intelligence I respect. They are looking at the same still shot or the same replayed video and they are coming up with polar opposite opinions. It shows how tough it can be to be a referee needing to make a spur of the moment decision.

Punch was was low. Not below the belt but low. Barely. Even still, Dubois lost every round and no clear evidence Usyk couldn’t get up from the shot. It’s a “mild” controversy.

 

That body shot totally ended Usyk. He wasn't making a count of 50, let alone 10.
