    It's below the belt.

    It's not on the belt. It's not above the belt. This whole glove is below the belt.

    And that by definition is a low blow. You just can't debate it.

    Look at where the punch landed though. It was exactly on Usyk’s belly button coming at an upwards trajectory. Possible Usyk took more time to recover because he could get away with it but he was done from a body shot.

    Interesting fight. I saw that it was low but the ones of us who follow these fighters most closely know that Usyk has been vulnerable to the body since his amateur days. Is Fury a devastating body puncher? No. I think Fury's way to a victory is there somewhere though. He could put his weight on Usyk in clinches and punish him to the body meanwhile. Wither away Usyks movement in the long term and make it his fight.

    That screenshot has too much follow through after it landed. And the angle is intentionally weird to support a narrative.

    The replay and screen shot from the front tells the whole story. The point of impact was clearly low.

    looks to be taken after the point of impact. look at usyk's left glove compared to the other photo

    Use the video as reference in making a judgement imo, photos are no good

    I don't agree when i see it live it looked legit to me and seeing replays and screenshots confirmed it, Usyk's belt line is above his belly button. The punch was right on the belt line in Usyk's abdomen, and Usyk's reaction wasn't of a low shot it was from a body punch.......

    Usyk has shown vulnerability to body punches in the past so it's not totally shocking.

    A low blow is not landing on the balls. A low blow just landing below the belt line.

    None of Dubois' glove is above the belt. All of it is below the belt line.

    That's a low blow.

    Even Carl Frampton, who was rooting for Dubois, said it could be ruled a low blow.

    If you throw a shot that entirely lands on the shorts, that's a low blow.



    UPDATE:

    Here is the final proof with a still photo that it was a low blow. 80% of the punch is below the belt line (the entire belt, not just the top of the belt).
