what are the rules if some of the glove is below the beltline

    becuase it looks like the upper end of the glove is above the belt but some parts are below?

    It's a clear low blow. You don't have to git the balls a shot to be called lowblow.
    Even the Top Rank commentators says it was lowblow after rewatching it.

    It's up to the discretion of the referee with the height of the trunks on the abdomen being the guideline. Pabon felt it was low so it is what it is.

    No they didn't, they agreed it was a legal shot
