So you're telling me he's willing to throw away the opportunity to become a unified champ, take the 0 of an all-time great cruiserweight and retire a legend because he doesn't respect someone? That's a real knee slapper.... you got any more for me?

I don't believe he's scared but is making sure he gets every advantage and some serious compensation for his trouble. Usyk stylewise is a hard fight for Fury.

I honestly don’t think he’s afraid of Usyk or anyone in the division. With Fury lately it seems to be more about money and timing to make the fight. But I did watch his Netflix reality show and his personality is very erratic for sure so it can’t be easy to deal with him.

If the WBC was anything close to a legitimate sanctioning body they'd strip Fury of his belt for making it a joke.

Fury is scared to fight every live body. That is why his list of ducks is far more impressive than his list of fights.

How can they strip him if he’s already fought his mandatory and they don’t have another mandatory named for him at this time ?

The Undisputed fight happens when the Saudis decide it happens,Team Fury and Team Usyk both know this and await further instructions. Neither Team is going to fight somewhere else for a fraction of what they can make with the Saudi event .

When has Fury ever NOT been fit? I've never seen him tired, no matter how fat and out of shape he looks. the first Wilder fight for example, he was going just as hard in the 12th as in the 1st

And that "going just as hard" results in less than half the punches thrown with slower hand speed than Usyk. Nobody outworks and outmoves Usyk, especially not Fury who will be made to look like Bambi on ice by Usyk.

The guy looks impressive against plodders like Whyte. But when Usyk schools him, those casuals who thought he could compete with Usyk's speed, workload, and stamina would go "What's wrong with Fury? Something's up, he is not his usual self" - while Fury will be exactly the same as against Whyte or Wilder. It's just that Fury’s level and speed are below that of Usyk and will be exposed against him.

Instead of fighting Usyk he's fighting a UFC guy? Wasn't Hulk Hogan available?

I doubt that anyone is afraid of Usyk, he is a harmless fighter who beats you technically, Fury would easily beat him, I hope we will still see that fight...

Because he knows there's a chance he loses to the "middleweight." That's really the only explanation needed.
