The Ring Magazine's Annual Ratings: 2022
    Oleksandr Usyk, Champion 191cm 221,5lbs
    1.Tyson Fury 206cm 268,75lbs
    2. Deontay Wilder 201cm 214,5lbs
    3. Anthony Joshua 198cm 244,5lbs
    4. Joe Joyce 198cm 271,25lbs
    5. Andy Ruiz Jr. 188cm 268,75lbs
    6. Dillian Whyte 193cm 251lbs
    7. Luis Ortiz 193cm 245,5lbs
    8. Joseph Parker 193cm 255,5lbs
    9. Filip Hrgovic 198cm 243lbs
    10. Frank Sanchez 193cm 247,75lbs
Since I took the rating sheet for the year 2022, the weight data is for the last fight that boxer had in 2022.
George Foreman (Frazier 1 fight) height 191cm 217,5lbs
Andy Ruiz Jr. is shorter than Foreman (Usyk is the same height), who won the title in 1973, and nobody is lighter.

Doesn't mean he wouldn't dispose of the current division. I don't think much of the current batch of guys. Generally speaking, they don't fight enough. I don't know much about Joltin' Jimmy, but he might do pretty well, too. What do you think?

George Foreman had a naturally robust build. When he was 220 lbs it was primarily in lean muscle, there's a reason he looked bigger than Ali despite actually being close in the tale of the tape. A George Foreman using modern weight training regimens and supplements would likely fight at around 230+ lean.

No, he wouldn't be a giant in this era but still very effective and decent size.

Oh yeah? We’ll just say that George is bigger than the “scales” and “tape measures” and that Zaire George knocks out literally everyone not named Ali!

I think that’s been the case for about the last 20 years comparing 70s Foreman to modern heavies.

Creating straw man arguments nobody actually said so that he can attack them. The online equivalent of a schizophrenic arguing with himself in the shower.

Of them all, I could imagine Usyk getting a points win maybe. As far as AJ? Same as Wlad: They MIGHT be able to hurt George. George WILL hurt them. Foreman has shown far greater testicular mass than either of them. He will get up. They won't.

And Foreman was 220-225 while dehydrating and starving himself without touching weights. Yet AJ is only marginally bulkier. That says a lot.

He'd be roughly the size of in-shape Dillian Whyte or Chris Arreola if he fought today. And he'd run through 90% of the division like a hot knife through butter.

AJ has top shelf power and better boxing skills than Ron Lyle. No easy night for George

Likely right about that. Also you gotta figure that these matchups are going to be subject to the mores of the day. So is AJ going back to fight George in 1972 or we're bringing Foreman into the 20s? If Big George is the away team and he gets wobbled and KD'd a couple of times like in the Lyle fight does the ref stop it? Having watched Foreman vs Lyle we KNOW that he can get up and whup ass and it's pretty likely he will, but if the ref is operating by 2023 standards as opposed to 1972 standards and AJ lands some big shots, the full awesomeness of Big George might never be discovered.

What a sin that would be.
