Incorrect. You've worked it out wrong. Rusk had 2 rounds even. Smercina 1 round even. Stremmell one round even. Bob had some success with the jab too, in parts, hence why he got some shared rounds.
I never even said your comment about Cerdan was false I only asked you to provide evidence which you did. A little odd that you need to bring that up to make your point.
You said my comment on this fight was false. Here's the fight. Which rounds did Foster win? I loved Foster he was a great great champ ,but Ali toyed with him. Muhammad Ali vs. Bob Foster - 1972(HD) - YouTube
The first 4 rounds were uneventful. I would've scored them 2-1-1 Ali. The fight came to life in the 5th round after Foster drew first blood. Ali responded by knocking him down 3 times and then dominated until it was stopped. Foster was still a live dog in the 6th after the knockdowns and peppered Ali with jabs.
Also, not 'officially' winning a round vs Ali in th 70s wasn't always proof that a fighter didn't deserve it.
HOW YOU WOULD HAVE SCORED THEM IS IRRELEVANT. YOU WERE NOT JUDGING.HOW MANY ROUNDS DID THE JUDGES GIVE FOSTER?
My point being, that is by no means an easy question to answer. Ali would be a monster standing in front of him, but not the puncher that Dempsey was. So how does he choose to play this? Does he pressure Ali with smart counters, or jump on his bicycle, and make Ali stumble after him? Does he try the former option, and switch to the latter option, if the former doesn't work? Does he perhaps surprise us with an option C? Not impossible.
Thats not what I was disputing. Just because the judges scored it a certain way doesn't mean that was what it was in reality. I never said he won on the official scorecards.
THE REALITY IS FOSTER DID NOT WIN A ROUND ON ANY OF THE THREE OFFICIALS SCORECARDS.WHICH MAKES ME ,IN THIS INSTANCE, RIGHT, AND YOU WRONG.
