Vitali simply too big and too crafty a boxer. Tyson's sweeping punches are working uphill against Vitali's freakish reflexes and unusual defence. I think Tyson's tough enough to see the end but he's gonna look a mess at the final bell.

If we're talking about prime 80's Tyson under his original trainer, Tyson has a solid chance.

Like I said, Vitali never beat anyone close to Prime Tyson level.

Vitali was struggling against aging shot Lennox Lewis. Tyson had more power than Lewis and Vitali was seriously hurt and holding on in a life or death battle against past his prime Lewis.

Prime Tyson would have KO'd that version of Lewis and Vitali couldn't even knock him down.

Vitali has no power and bad defense. Tyson stops him or wins by a wide decision. Vitali's chin is also overrated as he never faced any hard punchers besides a fat Lewis and a 40 year old Briggs

 

Vitali is overrated in a H2H sense, he was easily hittable, fought in possibly the weakest HW era of all time, and had very questionable heart.
