Yes, because he won't need any. They're already built in. The only time he requires concessions is against larger fighters. There were no stipulations with Khan, there's going to be no stipulations for Charlo. Because at the time, Khan was 1 division south of him with a glass jaw, currently Charlo is two divisions south of him. Crawford is THREE divisions south of him.
