They're all known for their outstanding offense skills while their defense tend to be overlooked. Who would you say has the better defense out of the 3?

Usyk for sure. Better defence and way better chin. He's fought a lot more big punchers and KO artists in a lot less fights.

In fact, he's fought more than any current champ I can think of and he's fought a bunch of the biggest punchers in the sport, numerous way bigger than him too.

Crawford has fought a lot of featherfists and average punchers at best and very few legit bangers and KO artists, let alone ones bigger or way bigger than him.

Crawford get hit less by Spence than Usyk did by Dubois.

He's clearly slowed down and lost a few steps and he's been very inactive only fighting once a year for the last five years

Inoue's probably been legit hit by less than 100 punches combined his last 4 fights.

According to Compubox' recent stat comparisons they are about the same defensively. Usyk blocks or dodges 81% of what's thrown at him to Crawford's 80% and Inoue's 79%. Of course, we ought to factor in that fewer punches are thrown per round the heavier fighters are, so that means Inoue has two to three times as many punches coming at him as Usyk does, but pound for pound they are roughly equals defensively.

That's some great head movement. I wonder how Inoue and Crawford compare? Are they more blockers or do they move their feet? I have the impression that Crawford is more of a long range fighter and spends less time in the pocket than Usyk or Inoue do. You can see that in how many more jabs and fewer power punches he throws than Inoue. It's easier to defend on the backfoot and at distance. Likewise, if you have longer arms than your opponents.

Crawford has never been at a reach disadvantage in a single one of his world title fights. He campaigns at 147 but he has a 74'' reach whereas Usyk campaigns at HW and he has a 78'' reach

Just a 4'' difference despite them campaigning six divisions apart. That super long reach is absolutely paramount to both Crawford's offence and defence and obviously he used to campaign at 135 and 140 where that long reach was even more of an advantage for him

Crawford is a great fighter but Usyk is Usyk and Usyk is godly

Yes. Crawford is very good at using that long reach to lean in and out of range but how effective would he be doing that if he was the one at a reach disadvantage or a big or huge one?

Of the three clearly Usyk. In our and Crawford have both been rocked. I can’t recall Usyk ever being rocked as a CW or HW.
