Vitali isn't going to stand stock still and load up swinging massive slow shots that Ali can evade or block by moving his torso side to side a few inches

If Ali wants to pull that rope a dope Vitali will just ping him with jabs in between checking his watch and completing sudoku puzzles

    Vitali 120-108

Ali would get koed by today CW. Boxing in the 50-80s was nothing but a joke. A Professional Golden gloves at best. the moment all the eastern europeans were allowed to compete professionaly, all the americans ran to the UFC to see their fighters win something.

The key word is thinking and in this case, to be precise lack of thinking.

its true lol. Americans love idolizing themselfs and the moment they arent good at it, they start to poop on it. Thats why all of americas favourite sports are all dominated by them or mainly only popular in their market such as football and baseball

Classius Clay was way overrated, he wouldnt even beat Mike Tyson who is also way overrated. Kiltcko would outbox them both.

    WTF is this.

He was ahead on points against Byrd and then tore his Rotator Cuff which is apparently excruciating. He could have caused permanent damage and ended his career had he fought on.

He was ahead against Lewis also until getting one of the worst cut's you'll ever see.
Not saying he'd beat prime Lewis but he was winning that fight.

Neither Byrd or Lewis beat him.

He's an all time great and 10 times the fighter his brother was.

You have no idea what you're talking about.
Ali doesn't just beat Vitali, he makes him quit on his stool

We are talking about a fighter that lost to LEON SPINKS, a c-tier HW that at that time only had 7 fights, no modern HW champ has such a pathetic loss on his record, WK purity loss doesnt even compare to that

You could also argue that Vitali never fought a man like Ali.

One of the worst takes I've ever seen.

That's the problem with fans you either get people who are too nostalgic on older fighters, or people like this who put too much stock on size and underrate the older fighters skill set.

You can't tell me that Ali in the mid to late 60s doesn't look like one of the most impressive Heavyweights ever, and certainly doesn't look out dated with his speed and fluidity.

I don't really get the reasoning that Ali couldn't compete with modern heavyweights, especially after the success we've seen the smaller Usyk have.
