I used to think Bivol would beat him through UD (taking anywhere from 7-9 rounds). Now after watching inoue vs fulton and terrence vs crawford, I lean more towards beterbiev getting a stoppage. I say he gets a stoppage anywhere from rounds 8-12. I realize the logic that "Bivol is better than gvozdyk so he will last longer than 10 rounds" is flawed considering i used the same exact logic for Spence vs crawford. "Spence is better than porter so he will last more than 10 rounds". Clearly it doesn't mean anything.

Porter was better prepared going in than Spence was against Bud
Bivol/Beterbiev is the classic Boxer Vs Puncher Should be a classic

i hope man. i just dont wanna see bivol dropped two or three times. beterbiev's power is no joke looking at the way guys react when he throws punches that dont look like it should hurt.

Bivol being better then Gvozdyk is flawed logic. There's nothing to suggest this is the case. Gvozdyk beats Canelo any day of the week just like Bivol did.

Beterbiev is just far too strong. I've never seen him hurt or in trouble, but Bivol was given major problems by old Pascal, Joe Smith Jr., and Zurdo. Beterbiev destroys him.

Bivol is quicker of hand and foot, and he is harder to hit. Willing to bet he sees the end of the fight on his own feet unlike Gvozdyk who did not.

I'm leaning towards Bivol. Bivol has that tight defence which is hard to get by as he's not going to throw just to throw and open himself up, he's quite happy to shell up and catch and counter an opponent and so won't give Beterbiev the same opportunities to land his fight ending shots like everyone else.

Beterbiev often presses making the ring feel small and making opponents lead and then intercepts them with shots as they throw, which is why in part his shots are so devastating. But if anyone has the style to catch Bivol as he throws his counters it's Beterbiev. Most guys will go defensive when their opponent throws, looking to slip, block or move off, Beterbiev instead sees that as an opportunity to counter the counter and that makes him dangerous.

I wouldn't bet on this fight if it ever happens. Both have the attributes to beat the other. It might just come down to who executes better on the night.

Beterbiev would run through that ass. Shiet Yarde would give Bivol the fight of his life

Yeah I used to think Beterbeast, I now think Bivol would out box him over 12. I also think Callum Smith stops Beterbiev.

Used to think Beterbiev would win without a doubt a few years back, but now I think Bivol would decision him. Beterbiev is 38 and gets injured every other camp. His defense also looked atrocious vs Yarde and he’s fighting another puncher in January. He just might be damaged goods by the time he fights Bivol.
