A very good reply my friend and I agree with a lot of what you say. Naz with his extremely unorthodox style was always going to be undone by a fighter with an extremely sound orthodox style and a cast iron chin. In my opinion I think he would have taken a loss that night regardless of the pre-fight training and weight drain.

One fight is all it took to expose Hamed & make him quit without even attempting a rematch

Its embarrassing to even mention him in the same breath as Inoue who has been fighting the top competition available to him in his era & already achieved ATG status in many peoples eyes

Just another overrated fighter that Brits make him out as some legend even though he had no heart or discipline

Inoue is still only 30 & by the time his career is done, it will be seen as insanity to mention Hamed alongside his name

The poll is now 120 10. Might be the most lopsided poll ever on these boards outside of lufcrazy's Floored poll. And I have been around here for well over 10 years.

    Dude Ahmed
Ahmed fought Mexicos finest! Show me where Inouet has done close to even match the same calibwr of opponent.Don’t bring up Donito Nonaire.Nowhere near Mabs league.

A fighter can only fight those available to him genius

If Barrera was available to Inoue today, he would fight him & if he lost he would rematch him not quit the 1st time he lost & people found out that there wasn't a whole lot of substance behind all that showmanship

At the end of the day what matters are results, not what could/might have been if "so & so was more disciplined" blah blah blah. It is up to the fighter to be disciplined both in & out of the ring (whether it is women, alcohol/drugs, not pigging out & ballooning up in weight, driving like a moron like Errol Spence etc) in every aspect of his life which people like Inoue & Bud are. That's why when they retire we won't be making threads such as "oh he was so unorthodox, if only he took training more seriously" as cope

    Exactly!! None.. Zilch..Nada!!

Donito donut ear Donaire is nowhere Mabs league. Therefore Inoue hasn’t been tested against a true elite. The finest of this generation.I might be harsh on Inouet but that’s how i judge fighters. It’s not what you beat. It’s who you beat.I dont give a toot if you knocking out trash cans for undisputed but you gotta give me the big names.Top 10 pnd for pnd or atg etc.

Inouette could have fought Estrada, Choco, mathalane some credible names but didn’t.

No discipline is right. Hamed eschewed road work his entire career, preferring to spar instead. He was always lazy when it came to roadwork (and learning how to actually box). But somehow he only was not fit for the Barrera fight. Just one of many excuses for him by his supporters.
