Spence sparks him out early. Crawford is a slow starter with a questionable chin. It takes him a while to figure out his opponents and get the timing down and when he does he looks amazing but Spence is a far cry from a tiny Gamboa. Spence is a big Welter. WHile Gamboa may be a better boxer than Spence, Spences size more than makes up for it. If Crawford survives and comes back to take the late rounds I don't think it'll be enough to get the decision. I honestly hope I'm wrong though. Crawford is a more entertaining fighter.
Not sure they'll ever be in the same division. I expect Spence to move up to 154 before Crawford goes to welter. Hopefully at some point in future though. IF they both fulfil their apparent potential it could be huge in like 5 years. Crawdaddy needs to get up to speed faster though, as Reg pointed out.
The more I saw of Crawford the more I changed my mind. I always thought Crawford was the better fighter but weight divisions exist for a reason. Once I realized that Spence didn't have a real size advantage over a Crawford who has adjusted to 147 it was over for him.
Yeah man, 2016 Spence with his performances over monsters like Algieri and Bundu was such a special animal.
Probably would have been a much better fight in 2016. Crawford still wins though. Maybe a UD instead of a KO.
