The thing i've noticed is how much muscle mass Israel has extensively lost since he had that breast tissue issue come up,

You can notice how his legs, chest, shoulders, biceps have shrunk back to when he was coming up even from his highlights it's clearly noticeable but i haven't seen anyone else mention it even in passing since his last few fights now it's very glaring.

There are a lot of ways to win or lose in the UFC. Punching, kicking, elbows, knees, chokes, ...

The variety of possible attacks leads to more unpredictability.

It's harder for someone to dominate over a long period of time.
