Yes, Fury best the guy with the best resume way back in Wlad, but he properly stunk the place out to do it... what's he beaten since his return? Bums, corpses and the biggest hypejob in the division.

I'm not sure Usyk has enough time left to make enough fights to enter ATG discussions, but he's at least tried to make good fights.


All that said... at least these guys have beaten top tier fighters - Wilder getting ranked in that company with a resume as bad as he has is levels more overrated.

He beat damaged, limited fighter. If you have standards that low, than maybe Usyk will be best ever for you. For me that is not enough and Usyk is overrated right now.

Nobody is saying that Fury is best ever, unlike Usyk. That's why we are talking about him. I don't care about Fury. he is/was always fraud, who choose opponents very wisely.

He is fighting once per year at HW. He could have fought at least 3 more guys since he moved up to HW, better opponents.


He is too inactive and always gets a pass for that. Unlike other fighters. I wonder why...

I don't disagree with your assessment of Fury at all... but from what I can see there's far more talk of him as the ATG/H2H great?

Usyk I think it's fair to say is an ATG at cruiser, but only the wildest fans seem to be pushing that idea at heavy as far as I can see.

 

I don't think even 20% on this forum will say that Fury is better than Usyk right now. They will say that usyk will beat any/every HW right now and nobody will come close to him.

That's why Usyk is overrated, everybody is giving him more credit than he deserves. way way more credit.

 

From that list probably Joyce and Dubois. Joyce because after Parker fight ppl start talking how he is Top 2 even and only Fury can stop him. But still Joyce proof he is legit top 10 and he got many good winning. Soo his "overrated" is just about giving him little to much credit.
Dubois was oberhyped from begining. They talking nonsense about how he will beat anybody and how he will be champion. Many ppl belive he was the best from "new heavyweight". All that was bs... He build his career on talking about knockout Joshua on sparing what is very poor strategy a special when u look like him in heavy fight...

Wilder for me is too litlle oberhyped. He done nothing in the division.

 

All probably correctly rated given what's happened in the division over the last 2 years - save for some hyperbolic fanboys. Fury and Usyk stand above all.

 

I think that might have been true prior to Joyce being used as heavy bag by Zhang, and Dubois' true level being shown in his past couple of fights. Most of the fanatical supporters of those guys have shut up.

 

You are entering the realm of a broken record. Yet, you fail to say when Fury is willing to step in the ring with Usyk. For the better part of a year, you've been going on about the fight will happen in December of this year, Saudi money and bla bla bla. Repeatedly, your hero has made you look like a fool. Here you are, still singing his praises and defending his every action.
