Rocky's first fight with LaStarza was dodgy. It was a draw, so they went to some sort of supplemental scoring system.

His rematch with Walcott was incredibly shady. The fans were still booing and chanting 'fix' when the walkout bout featuring Oakland Billy Smith and Billy Noble started.

Rocky also apparently fought his brother once as a pro and his brother used a false name (this is according to his brother). Not sure which fight on his record that one is. But I'm guessing that fight wasn't on the up-and-up.;)

Calzaghe. I think his wins over Hopkins and Reid were clear. Close fights but both times clear win for Joe

Samson Dutch Boy Gym went 43-0 36 KOs holding the unheralded WBF title for years, I don't think he had any controversial decisions. He was a Muay Thai legend known for his hands too so he was already an elite boxer when he turned pro.

Rocky was a journeyman with multiple defeats, something like 18 before facing Apollo Creed who he admittedly lost in a close SD to, as well as getting stopped by Clubber Lang in a brutal one sided beatdown. There's no disputing if he lost or not, he lost about 20 times but you know what the great man said about getting knocked down only to get up again...

You can make an argument for any fighter who retired undefeated who should have had at least a draw or a loss on his record except Valero who never needed the score cards to win a fight. Ottke was the stay at home king and clearly lost too Reid in there Unification match as well as other fights. Calzaghe should have drawn with Reid and should have lost to Hopkins but Hopkins statement before the fight put an end to that. Mayweather should have lost to Castillo 1. Like I mentioned only Valero has a record with no arguments to it .

You should stop to watch Marvel and start to live a Real life.

By accounts, Marciano's first win over Ted Lowry was more controversial than his first win over LaStarza. Some posters in Classic think Charles could have gotten the nod in their first fight, too. He beat everyone he faced at least once, but he had a couple of close calls.
