If Joyce loses again, he will hardly get another chance considering his age, the pressure on him is huge...

As people I like them both but personally, would probably prefer Joyce to win.

Objectively, it’s hard to envisage a sufficient remedy to the deep seated stylistic disadvantage Joyce suffered in the first fight.

After Zhang wobbled him, Joyce seemed to steel up against the big hits he took later, the fight ultimately stopped due to a badly damaged eye.

Even so, Joyce can’t afford to take those types of hits again - the type of punches that can crack an otherwise impervious chin.

Joyce’s chin might even be less than it once was just due to the punches he took in the first fight atop all the punches he’s soaked up during his whole career.

Given his age, the other consideration is that Zhang may not be able to quite replicate the quality of his performance from the first fight.

At least we have two gladiators who don’t muck about - got in there the first time around and gave their best - and now we’re already almost on top of their rematch. An intriguing match I think in so far as Joyce attempting to turn it all around.

Zhang would be very confident. Certainly nothing broke for him in the first fight, so nothing to fix.

He might be thinking that he just goes out there and does it all again, exactly the same, for a dominating win.

This fight absolutely surpasses the possible fight between Fury and Usyk, definitely the most even fight in a while, I expect fireworks...

What a strange fight where one guy can get bullied around the ring for 6 rounds and then still come in around evens for the rematch.

Honestly, it feels like a lot of people have spent 5 months doing the mental gymnastics required to believe that a guy can get brutally dismantled and still win the rematch.

    Prepare for disappointment.

That's from the first fight. Joyce weighed 281 lbs today and Zhang 287 lbs.

After weight in I think I'm changing mind to Zhang. Joyce put on 25lbs. He will be a statue

Joyce needs 25 lbs of muscle around his eyes, not his body.

I hope so, but he's up against it here.

Joyce is very likely on PEDs, look at all the muscle he gained at age 38. And Old Fish Eyes will have a dodgy referee and corrupt judges to protect his investment.

Zhang has zero chance at winning a decision, the cards are already filled out

Zhang needs to stop him to win. He won’t get a decision in the UK. It would be best for boxing if Zhang wins.

Yup, win lose or draw, I'm expecting the English judge to turn in an absolute stinker of a card favouring Joyce.

I honestly think Joyce's tactics are to come in heavy (through blatant PED usage), turn this fight into a sloppy hug fest (with the home referee turning a blind eye to excessive rough house tactics and holding), and it going the full 12. Result: Queensberry reclaims the mandatory through daylight robbery.

I'm hoping for a Zhang stoppage
