I can’t stand Chisora but Joyce against him makes sense now. Chisora just wants money and Joyce would look good against him. Would be an alright undercard fight for Eubank Smith 3 but you know they’d make it a PPV headliner.

Woods introducing the matches would suffice for me.

World titles aren’t all that. Joe has yet to make a mega money fight. He still could make his biggest ever purse than he has before despite his current career position in tatters.

I really don’t want to see Chisora/Joyce. Someone like a Franklin would be acceptable if Joyce decides to carry on.

Good point, although the mitigating circumstance there was that a clear elbow dealt the KO blow.

He'd be a hard sell now for any of the top boys. His reputation is in tatters, he's not exactly a huge name and could still be a potentially hard nights work. There is zero reason for any of them to fight him, including Joshua.

His only hope for a biggish fight is Chisora. So he may not be 'finished' as a prizefighter but he's sure as **** finished as a contender.

    100%.
The writing was always on the wall for JJ.
I stated many times on here, that he can not rely on his chin and toughness, it is ok against sub par opposition and makes you look good, but the shots he took will take its toll at some point and let you down.
The first fight showed signs of that deteriation, it was absolute madness to go straight back in with this guy, total lunacy and he will never be the same again sadly, but in the same context he was exposed twice and should count his pennies and leave it alone now, otherwise it will not end well for him.

How can you be boxing for so many years and still look so clueless against a southpaw?

Whyte, Chisora, Joyce and Joshua in a round robin where the winner wins a Eddie Hearn sales pitch for a shot at Andy Ruiz

Shows how bad Joe Parker is and he is Joshua's best win according to diehard Matchroom FC fans.

Zhang all wrong for Joyce and he’d knock AJ out brutally too.

Joyce still has a future. He’d brutalise Chisora. I’d fancy Joyce vs the gunshy AJ. If I was his manager I’d cherry pick a route into another mandatory. Whoever put him in with Zhang is an idiot. Chisora makes sense as a confidence builder.

If you said to me 4 years ago the current top 2 active heavyweights would be Usyk and Zhang I’d have laughed me head off.

Not counting Fury as an active heavyweight as he’s messing about with the crossover stuff and will have just fought Chisora over a 2 year period.

Joyce,s big problem was zhangs deceptively fast hands. Was always going to be joes downfall...punches he couldnt see coming. Not power. He can take a good shot....as everyone already knows its always a nightmare taking shots you dont see coming.

Other guys will negate zhang a lot better . Joe,s specific tools stamina/throwing a lot of punches/throwing a lot of punches without much power always going to be a bad match up against a big strong counter puncher with fast hands and good power.

Just a real bad style match up all round for him In hindsight. Can blame frank but tbh its fine margins your probably looking at zhang thinking his lack of stamina will play into joes hands.

Truth is that Joyce’s freakish athleticism took him so far. Maybe his chin just finally cracked because he took ridiculous punishment against Parker. Even as a seasoned amateur and experienced pro, Joyce never really learned how to throw the left hook properly. Easily the most telegraphed and slow punch I’ve seen from a fringe world level operator in any weight class.
