Zhang gave the division a taste of a 6'7 power punching southpaw There is nowhere to run, nowhere to hide He has awaken
Has he signed with Top Rank now? He's need some good promotion and strong matchmaking, he should be moved very quickly considering his amateur pedigree yet who ever has handled his career so far has been pretty poor to say the least
Thank Christ it's not Makhmudov. I can't imagine all of the violent spastic gesticulating that occurs when that happens. No one deserves to be subjected to a horror show like that.
Yeah he is the one prospect that might have what it takes to dominate once Fury and Uysk are gone. The crop from 2016 Olympics haven't been as good as the last wave from the previous Olympics so we have to look ahead and Jalolov looks to be the best of the new crop. But he's been a pro for 5 years now and is 13-0, he needs to start stepping up the opposition a little, rather than feasting on journeymen types to keep padding his record.
Another Uzbek hype job. Every time, and I do mean every time Jalolov fought someone his one size, he was thoroughly outclassed. Dychkox3 and Joyce, that's why he constantly feasts on little kids in the amateurs and random fatsos in the pros.
Aside from being a high risk he's not that marketable so I reckon he won't be coming anytime soon even with Arum and Top Rank.
He does look good. Big powerful, good jab, killer right, nice footwork. But been a pro for 5 years and hasn't fought anyone yet. Hopefully he doesn't go into the forgotten boxer wilderness like so many eastern boxers.
Why, so frauds like Wilder, AJ, Fury and Ruiz can still rule as "top 5", nahh let them kill everyone in divison before fighting each other.
Imagine all the deserving guys (Jalolov, Makhmudov, Sanchez, Hrgovic, Bakole) can be pushed as effectively as Jared I'll box for four years Anderson. I blame modern boxing scene for letting Micheal Hunter wither. We could have witness a defensive wizard akin to the likes of Peralta, Young, Witherspoon, or Byrd.
