The US law states " Any suspect is considered INNOCENT until proven guilty in a court of law" What happened to Margarito was what they call a kangaroo court. The prosecution ( the CSAC) had no evidence to indict him but being as they control boxing in Ca they can refuse anyone a license to box in the state any time. That's what happened to Antonio Margarito he NEVER had any trial
